As you click on each tab, it will show you all the information you need to know about that topic. We highly encourage all students and guardians to become familiar with the Student Portal. This portal will really help the student be successful in and out of the dojang. It will also answer a lot of questions you may have.

Here is a brief description of what is on each tab:

Profile: Is a high-level glimpse at everything about the student.

Billing: Scheduled payments coming due, how much they will be, and payment history.

Rank: Current rank and the date the student was promoted to that belt rank.

Attendance: Shows how many sessions, hours, and days students have attended class, as well as what was learned during that time in class. The instructors do look at attendance and what classes have been attended when they are considering who to give a belt rank application too.

Book: This is where students will sign up for testing once they have received an application from an instructor. Space is limited and will be first come first served.

Student Curriculum: This is where we have detailed information about forms, techniques, self-defense, sparring, terminology, how to bow in and out of class, and how to properly tie the belt. Some things are even recorded so students can follow along. It has all the information a student needs to know so they can practice in and out of class. There is a lot to memorize, so start with the session that we are currently on and memorize that terminology. We will go over it in class, but it really helps if students will study it at home. Students will find it helps build confidence, and they will be prepared to successfully pass belt tests when the time comes. All successful black belts prepare in and out of class. Guardians, please help your student with this.

Documents: Any documents that have been signed can be reviewed here.

Contact: Students/Guardians can send us emails directly from here. All of our email history with the student is available in this spot as well.

Log Out: Once you're done in the portal, you can log out.
